Exercising at Your Desk to Help Back Pain

While performing exercises at your desk is a good way to quickly stretch your back to reduce fatigue, you should also remember to get up and stretch as well throughout the day. You can still interlace your fingers, bring your hands above your head, and move from side to side while standing up. If you decide to stand to stretch, take a walk around the office to get a drink or go to the washroom. When you come back to your desk, sit back down with a proper posture and see how you feel. You can then perform these deskercises if your back still feels a bit fatigued.
