Low Back Pain Prevention Made Easy

When you exercise, try choosing tai chi, yoga, or another exercise that will help you to balance and are weight-bearing exercises. Use good posture when you’re sitting, which means that you should sit upright instead of slouched over. Be sure to move around if you’re sitting for a long period of time and remember to use this advice when you’re driving too. You may want to get a long trip done as quickly as you can, but doing so might cause back pain. Be mindful about what you need to carry, which applies to any backpacks, messenger bags, lunch bags, purses, or shopping bags. Weight should be distributed evenly and when you carry items, carry them as close to your body as you can.
